Grays Estates is the brainchild of Jonathan Gray and opened in May 2010, he previously having managed an estate agency in the town.

Jonathan has spent the last 25 years working in and around property. For the majority of that time he has worked in property law, and is an extremely experienced legal conveyancer, as well as buying and selling properties in his own right. He is a fully qualified member of the National Association of Estate Agents, and a Landlord.  Jonathan has recently taken and passed the APIP exam meaning that he is now one of the very few accredited Professional Inventory Providers in North Wales.  For Landlords, this means that schedules of state and condition are prepared to a quality standard and Jonathan is regulated by the appropriate body.

Here at Grays Estates we aim to provide a seamless service between the estate agency and legal areas of buying, selling and renting both residential and commercial property, the advantage being Jonathan’s ability to discuss all issues surrounding property, rather than simply referring you to solicitors.

When it comes to the conveyancing process, Jonathan has links with a firm of solicitors where his wife, Judith, carries out the legal conveyancing, meaning that Jonathan can offer a deal whereby you won’t pay any standard legal fees at all on sale – (just the disbursements) as these are all included in the 1.5% commission (plus VAT) charged by Grays Estates – and if you’re buying on will benefit from a 10% discount on those fees.

Judith is also a fully qualified member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents and has many years experience in letting property.
